Officers

At their first meeting after each AGM, the trustees elect officers to undertake certain functions, including managing the charity between board meetings.

All of the officers are independent trustees, and they hold their offices until the first meeting after the following AGM.

Allie Kerr, vice-chair

Mike Bishop,
hon. treasurer

Jack Woodruff,
hon. secretary

Independent trustees

Most of our trustees are elected by the membership to serve three-year terms (renewable). We run an annual recruitment round to help identify excellent candidates ahead of each AGM. There is currently one intraterm vacancy, and space for up to three further co-options. Co-opted trustees serve a term ending at the third AGM after their co-option.
