Every Wednesday, between 6 and 6.30pm, OneBodyOneFaith are hosting an online space for prayer called 'Rhythm'. Find out more on the website. Rhythm is fast becoming more than a space for prayer. Drawing on monastic patterns, Rhythm includes resources to download and a rule of life for people to 'embrace'.
